The International Academic Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems (AIAAS 2026) will be held from April 3 to April 5, 2026, in Linzhi, China. Known as the "Jiangnan of Tibet," Linzhi offers breathtaking scenery in spring with blooming peach blossoms, making it an ideal setting for both academic exchange and natural exploration.
The conference is organized by Qinghai Normal University and ELSP Publishing House, with joint support from the School of Computer Science of Qinghai Normal University, CCF Xining Chapter, the Key Laboratory of Tibetan Information Processing (Ministry of Education), the National Key Laboratory of Tibetan Language Intelligence, ESBK International Academic Exchange Center, and the AC Academic Platform. Focusing on cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and autonomous systems, the conference aims to establish a high-standard, international platform for academic exchange. Distinguished scholars and industry leaders from around the world will be invited to deliver keynote speeches, sharing breakthrough advancements and forward-looking trends in the field.

Topics include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Theme 1: Artificial IntelligenceFundamentals and applications of AI, quantum optics and AI, AI modeling of optoelectronic materials, big data analysis and processing, computer vision and image processing, evolutionary computation, intelligent planning and scheduling, intelligent control, knowledge science and engineering, machine perception and virtual reality, natural language processing and understanding, neural networks and deep learning, pattern recognition theory and applications, rough sets and soft computing, AI-enhanced optical recognition and classification, visual analysis of knowledge graphs, photonic computing and deep learning, etc.
Theme 2: Autonomous SystemsAdvanced autonomous systems, perception and environmental understanding, machine learning methods, control systems, system architecture and integration, human-machine autonomous interaction, safety, reliability and ethics, multi-agent systems, aerial and underwater autonomous systems, autonomous underwater vehicles, fuzzy systems and neural networks, marine automation, motion planning and trajectory optimization, generative AI and foundational models for autonomous systems, vehicle-to-everything communication, autonomous perception and localization, etc.
III. Participation Formats

Oral Presentation: Deliver an English oral presentation (approx. 10–15 minutes) on current research without submitting a full paper.

Paper Presentation: Submit an English paper within the conference themes. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings after registration.

Poster Presentation: Present key findings and abstracts via on-site posters.
-
In-person Attendance: Attend as a listener for on-site exchange.

Paper preparation guidelines:

Papers must be original, unpublished, and written entirely in English. The abstract, keywords, and conclusion should reflect the conference themes. The use of AI tools for writing, translation, or polishing is prohibited.

Use Grammarly to polish the manuscript for fluency, accuracy, and logical clarity.

Format the paper according to the official template and submit both Word and PDF versions via the submission system.

Papers must follow a double-column layout, with a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages (additional pages incur extra fees). Content should include methods, formulas, figures, images, experimental data, and conclusions.

Authors are encouraged to conduct plagiarism checks via iThenticate, CrossRef, or similar systems. The final similarity index must not exceed 25% (including references), with no single source exceeding 3%.

Publication options:

Option 1: High-quality papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus.

Option 2: Selected papers will be published in the conference journal Proceedings: Computer Science (ISSN: 2959-295X (Print); 2959-2968 (Online)), which will be indexed in CNKI, Google Scholar, EI, and CPCI (EI/CPCI indexing is not guaranteed).

Review period: All submissions undergo peer review. Notification of acceptance will be sent within 7–15 working days.

Registration: Complete registration within 5 working days after receiving the acceptance notice. Submit the final paper, registration form, payment receipt, student certificate (if applicable), and similarity report.

V. Awards

Best Paper Award:Awarded to registered papers with groundbreaking theoretical or practical value. Authors must deliver an oral presentation. Selected by the Program Committee.

Best Oral Presentation Award:Selected by session chairs based on originality, technical rigor, structure, delivery, and interaction.

Young Scientist Award:Applicants must be under 40 years old as of December 31 of the conference year. The paper must be submitted as first author and demonstrate innovation and academic depth. Selected by the Program Committee.

Outstanding Workshop Organization Award:Recognizes individuals or teams who excel in organizing workshops, including paper solicitation and participant engagement.
