Submission Guidelines for ICC1H
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Authors must submit original, unpublished work using the specific Springer template, typically between 10–15 pages. All submissions must include a clear title, author details, abstract, keywords, and a complete structure of an introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and references. Ensure a similarity index is below 10%, use clear vector graphics for figures, place captions correctly (under figures, above tables), and check that all authors have approved the submission.
Manuscript preparation
- Template: Use the specific Springer template for the conference proceedings series.
- Length: Follow the page limit specified by the conference, which is often 10–15 pages for full papers. Some series, like LNCS, may have a minimum total page count for the volume.
- Structure: A full paper should include a Title, Author details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, literature review, Methodology, Experimental work, Result analysis, Conclusion, and References.
- Similarity: Ensure the similarity index is below 10%.
- Affiliation: Include only the Department, College/University, City, and Country. Do not include the author's position or title.
- Authorship: All co-authors must approve the submission, and the corresponding author will sign the Springer Nature Licence to Publish on behalf of all authors. Once submitted, authors' names and their order cannot be changed.
- References: Follow the specified citation style. Different types of sources have different formats, such as journals, books, and online references.

Figures and tables
- Legibility: All figures must be clear, legible, and have a resolution of at least 600 dpi.
- Format: Use vector graphics (e.g., EPS, SVG) for diagrams whenever possible. Avoid lossy compression formats like JPG.
- Caption placement: Figure captions go below the figure, while table captions go above the table.
- Cross-referencing: Make sure to cross-reference figures and tables within the text.

General poster guidelines
- Resolution: Ensure all figures and graphics are clear and legible. Use vector graphics for diagrams and schemas whenever possible and aim for a resolution of at least 800 dpi (preferably 1200 dpi) for line drawings.
- Content and structure: Focus on a clear theme and concise content. Use the conference's provided template to structure your work and ensure it adheres to page limits.
- Text and formatting:
- Use a consistent, readable font size. For line drawings, lettering should not be smaller than 6 pt (approximately 2 mm character height).
- Use the decimal system for headings, with no more than three levels.
- Define abbreviations at their first mention and use them consistently.
- Figures and tables:
- Place figures and tables so they are clearly legible and do not overlap.
- Embed figures and tables within the document, cite them properly, and discuss them in the text.
- Ensure captions begin with "Fig." in bold followed by the figure number in bold, without punctuation after the number.
- Submission format:
- Submit in the specified electronic format, which is often a Microsoft Word or PDF document.
- If using a specific software like TeX, convert special characters (like umlauts) to the correct code (e.g., \"a).
- Authorship and permissions:
- The corresponding author must be designated and is responsible for signing the agreement on behalf of all co-authors.
- Changes to authorship or order are not permitted after submission.
- Obtain and provide a letter of authorization for all copyrighted figures, photos, and tables.
