International Conference on Information and Computer Technologies (ICICT), is an annual conference hold each year in United States. The event serves as a forum for both academia and industry to exchange visions and ideas on the state of the art and practice of information and computer technologies, attracting over 100 participants from different countries and regions each year.

The previous editions of ICICT were successfully held in Hilo-Hawaii, Honolulu-Hawaii, Raleigh, New York City (virtual), Hawaii (virtual), Silicon Valley, University of Hawaii Maui College, Kahului, and Northern Illinois University (NIU) DeKalb. ICICT 2027 will be located in Honolulu-Hawaii, USA during March 10-12, 2027.

We believe the final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category. You are cordially invited to submit your recent research work to the ICICT 2027.

Full Paper

• Manuscripts should be formatted in doublee-column. All submissions must be written in English and adhere to the formatting guidelines provided in the official templates.

• The registration fee covers the first SIX pages of each paper, including references, tables, and figures. A fee of 70USD will be applied for each page exceeding this limit.

• To maintain the quality of accepted papers, all submissions will undergo rigorous peer review. Authors may submit only original work and must not be concurrently under review at any other conference.

Abstract

• For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.
