The 8th International Conference on Research in Engineering and Technology (RET 2025) will be held at Tra Vinh University, Vietnam, from June 20-21, 2025. RET is held annually to bring together experts from academia and industry to discuss the latest advancements and applications in information technology, electrical and electronic engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechanical electronics, sustainable chemistry, and novel materials. Co-organized by Tra Vinh University and Southern Leyte State University, RET 2025 welcomes researchers, scholars, and practitioners worldwide to submit their original research papers, share their findings, and exchange ideas and experiences with fellow participants.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Full papers should be at least 5 pages, but not exceed 10 pages. All papers are required to adopt the IEEE template format in English.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full-text papers including results, tables, figures, and references.

• All submitted papers should be the original ones and must not be considered elsewhere for review or publication.
• Full-text papers (pdf only) should be submitted to the conference via the EasyChair system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=tvu-ret2025) for peer review by the conference committee.
• Accepted full papers will be presented onsite at the conference and published in the conference proceedings with the ISBN index or recommended for publication in Tra Vinh University Journal of Science (p-ISSN: 2815-6072, e-ISSN: 2815-6099). Papers published in the issue must be presented by at least one author at the conference.
  • Registration and publication fees: $50
• RET is respectful of the rights of authors and, therefore, we are intolerant of plagiarism. Manuscripts are expected to contain original work and should be cited adequately, properly, and academically. Consequently, the overall similarity rate of a manuscript should not exceed 25 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 15 percent.
