Submission Guidelines

1. The paper must be between 12 and 15 pages (including figures and references) in Springer LNCS Proceedings format (available here).
2. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and DOC/RTF format in the Springer LNCS/LNAI style. The style files can be downloaded from here:

4. By submitting a paper to the ICONIP2026 conference, as the submitting author, you, on behalf of all authors, provide consent to share your and your co-author's contact information with Asia Pacific Neural Network and the sponsors of the ICONIP2026 conference.
