Submission Guidelines
- The paper must be between 12 and 15 pages (including figures and references) in Springer LNCS Proceedings format (available here).
- All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and DOC/RTF format in the Springer LNCS/LNAI style. The style files can be downloaded from here:

- Although we accept submissions in the form of PDF, PS, and DOC/RTF files, you are strongly encouraged to generate a PDF version for your paper before submitting it. It is highly recommended that you use LaTeX to prepare your PDF submission.
- By submitting a paper to the ICONIP2026 conference, as the submitting author, you, on behalf of all authors, provide consent to share your and your co-author's contact information with Asia Pacific Neural Network and the sponsors of the ICONIP2026 conference.
