EasyChair had a hardware problem on June 12: one of the system disks was malfunctioning. We successfully recovered from the problem. We want to emphasise that NO data was lost as EasyChair has multiple backups.
We now need more time to repair two of the backup servers and had to stop the main server while we are doing this. We will add an update on this page when we know how long it will take us to recover.
